Manage Helix Core Cloud

The Helix Core Cloud administrator uses the Helix Core Cloud portal to manage the subscription. The administrator can:

• View information about the Helix Core Cloud instance and Helix Core Server.

• View metrics for storage usage, network egress, and current and available users in the subscription.

• Update the users and storage in the subscription.

• View information about Helix Core Server maintenance and request maintenance.

Accessing the portal

1. Go to the Azure portal.

2. In the Resources area, click the resource that contains your Helix Core Cloud subscription.

3. Click Open SaaS Account on publisher's site.

Navigating the portal

To navigate between pages in the portal, click an item in the left navigation bar.

Metrics	Graphs of storage usage, network egress, and users of your Helix Core Cloud instance. Useful for determining if you need to increase or decrease the number of users in your subscription, or increase storage.	View usage metrics for Helix Core Cloud
Subscription	Your Helix Core Cloud subscription details and provides options to add more users or storage.	View and update your Helix Core Cloud subscription
Settings	Your Helix Core Cloud admin user email, company name, and Helix Core Server maintenance information.	View Helix Core Cloud settings and maintenance information
