Edit your comments on an asset

If you need to change a comment you added to an asset, you can edit it. You cannot edit other users' comments.

You cannot delete asset comments.

1. Open the asset in a project. See Browse projects.

2. Click next to your comment and select Edit.

3. Make the changes.

   • If you are editing a comment on a 2D image, you can add a sketch to your comment or edit the sketch included with the comment. Click in the comment. To learn more about adding sketches, see Add sketches to comments on an asset.

   • If you are editing a comment, you can add an attachment to your comment. Click in the comment. To learn more about adding attachments, see Attach files to a comment.

   • If you are editing a comment on a 3D model, you can edit the locked 3D asset view for the comment. Adjust the view to best illustrate your comment and click Update lock below the comment. 4. Click Update to save the changes.
