Create asset reviews

You can review the most recent version of an asset or asset bundle to give feedback on it. An asset or bundle in review can be tracked on a Kanban board. Other project members can review them and change their status. To learn more about tracking assets and bundles, see Kanban board.

Only assets in a project can have a review, and only members of the project can be reviewers. To learn more, see View asset and asset bundle reviewers.

  1. Open the asset.

  1. Next to the version list, click Create review.

  2. The Create review dialog box opens.

  3. Optional: Enter a description of the review to help others to understand its purpose.

    The description can be changed at any time from the Specifications section of Review Details in the right panel.

  4. Under Review status, select a status from the dropdown menu. To learn more about changing a status, see Change the review status.

  5. Under Manage reviewers, a list of default project and collection reviewers is displayed.

    • Add a reviewer: To add a project member as a reviewer for the asset, select their name from the dropdown menu. You can filter the list by typing in the Search box.

    • Remove a reviewer: To remove a reviewer from the asset, click the X next to their name.

    You can add or remove reviewers after a review has been created. See Manage asset and asset bundle reviews.

    If a user is removed from a project, they are removed as an asset reviewer from all assets in the project.

  1. Click Create.

    The asset is added to the Kanban board.
