Review assets

Reviewers are responsible for checking assets before they are released and requesting changes if needed.

Only assets that are in a project collection can have reviewers, and only members of the project can be reviewers.

1. Open the asset in a project. See Browse projects.

2. Review the asset.

3. If the asset requires changes or discussion, add comments to it. To learn more, see Comments on assets.

4. Change the status of the reviewed asset if it is ready to move to a new state in the workflow. To learn more, see Change the status of an asset.
