Review assets

You can review the most recent version of an asset to give feedback on it. An asset in review can be tracked on a Kanban board. Other project members can review these assets and change their status. To learn more about tracking assets, see Kanban board.

Only assets in a project can have a review, and only members of the project can be reviewers. To learn more, see View asset reviewers.

1. Open the asset in a project. See Browse projects.

2. Review the asset.

3. Add comments to the asset if it requires changes or a discussion. To learn more, see Comment on assets.

4. Change the status of the reviewed asset if it is ready to move to a new state in the workflow and add asset reviewers. To learn more, see Create asset reviews.
