Change the status of an asset

Every asset in a review has a status that is tracked on the project Kanban board. For example, you can see the progress of an asset through its lifecycle, from creation through release. You can change the status on the asset or in the Kanban board.

Change the status on an asset review

1. Open the asset in a project. See Browse projects.

2. In the asset version list, click the current status.

   A dropdown opens.

3. Select a status from the list.

4. The status is updated. The asset is now in the column for the selected status on the Kanban board.

   

Change asset status in a Kanban board

1. Open the asset in a project. See Browse projects.

2. On the left side of the project navigation page, click Kanban board.

   The board opens.

3. Drag an asset from its current column to a new column.

   The asset status is updated.
