Kanban board

Each P4 DAM project can include a Kanban board to help your team visually track assets and asset bundles as they move through the review workflow. For example, you can see the progress of an asset or bundle review through its lifecycle, from creation through release.

Company admins and project admins can show or hide a Kanban board for each project. See Configure project settings.

The workflow you select controls which Kanban board columns are used to track the status of assets and bundles in the project.

Company admins can create workflows. See Create company workflows.

Company admins and project admins can change the workflow used for a project. See Change a project workflow.

The Kanban board shows reviews for both assets and bundles. For example, if a bundle has three reviews, all three reviews appear separately on the board. The same applies to individual assets.

To open an asset or bundle from the Kanban board, click the asset or bundle name.
