A default implementation of IlvDataTileCache.

IlvDefaultDataTileCache implements a memory-sensitive cache where tiles are released whenever the application requires memory to be freed. As the behavior of the cache partly depends upon the actions of the garbage collector, you can provide the following parameters to gain a stronger control over the caching/releasing of tiles:

• A minimum capacity: this parameter ensures that at least a given number of tiles will be held by the cache. Since the cache implementation uses the java.lang.ref.SoftReference class, this capacity can be used when the garbage collector is too aggressive at cleaning up these references.
• A maximum capacity: this parameter ensures that no more than a given number of tiles will be held by the cache. This capacity can be used to ensure that the cache does not use too much of the available memory, to the detriment of other memory-sensitive parts of the application.
