The IlvPanTool component
(located in the
IlvPanTool.js file) is
a component that allows panning of the view in all directions. You
create the component in this way:var pantool = new IlvPanTool(10, 10, view) pantool.toHTML()
Note that this component uses the
IlvButton class,
so the IlvButton.js script must be included
