JViews Maps for Defense distribution structure

The following main directories are created when you install Rogue Wave® JViews Maps for Defense on your machine.

Rogue Wave JViews Maps for Defense jar files

Rogue Wave JViews Maps for Defense consists of the following jar files:
  • jviews-maps-defense-all.jar - jar file that contains all of Rogue Wave JViews Maps for Defense. It is provided in the lib directory.
  • jviews-terrain-charts-8.9.jar - jar file that contains the charting capabilities used by the terrain analysis features. It is provided in the lib/external directory.
These libraries use software internally that is provided under different public licenses. See <installdir> /license/notices.txt for more details.
In addition, Rogue Wave JViews Maps for Defense also uses some of the libraries provided by:

Additional jar files

Here is the list of external jar files provided in the lib/external directory:
  • jogl-1_0_0.jar - jar file that contains the JOGL java library for the 3D view features. It is provided in the lib/external directory. This file was known previously as jogl-jsr231-beta3.jar
  • jogl-natives-xxx.jar - jar file that contains the JOGL native library for the 3D view features, in various environments. It is provided in the lib/external directory.
The JOGL libraries are also contained in the Eclipse™ plug-in ilog.views.eclipse.jogl and its platform-dependent fragment plug-ins.

Additional directories

The following main directories exist in the distribution:
  • doc - contains all the documentation related to JViews.
  • samples - JViews Maps for Defense samples to allow you to see particular aspects of the classes provided by Rogue Wave JViews Maps for Defense.
  • License - contains the license agreements and third party notices.
