Used With Routines:  AXIS, BAR3D,  CONTOUR,  CONTOURFS,  CONTOUR,  OPLOT,  PLOT,  SHADE_SURF,  SHADE_SURF_IRR,  SURFACE

Corresponding System Variable: None.

If this keyword is set, only the axes, titles, and annotation are drawn. No data points are plotted.
