Download multiple assets and folders

You can download multiple assets and folders as a single .zip file. This is useful when you want to retrieve related content in one action. To view or edit an asset, use an application that supports the asset file type.

Only the latest version of each asset is included in multi‑selection downloads, and any items that you do not have permission to access are excluded. Excluded items are summarized in the download dialog and are not listed individually.

1. Open the project and collection that contains the assets and folders to be downloaded.

2. In the upper left corner of each asset and folder, select the checkbox. A checkmark indicates that the asset or folder is selected.

3. Below the items, select Download. The button is only shown if items are selected.

   The Download dialog opens.

4. Select Download.

   The files are downloaded as a .zip file onto your computer.

You can select multiple assets, folders, and bundles by using keyboard and mouse shortcuts.

Action	Windows and Linux	macOS
Select individual items or clear the selection.	Press Ctrl and select the items.	Press Cmd and select the items.
Select all items between two selected items.	Press Shift and select the items.	Press Shift and select the items.
Select a group of adjacent items.	Drag the items.	Drag the items.
Select all items shown on the page.	Press Ctrl+A.	Press Cmd+A.
Clear the selection of all items.	Press Esc.	Press Esc.
