Create a folder in a collection

You can create folders in collections to organize assets. You can also create subfolders within a folder.

1. Open the project and collection to create the folder in.

To create a subfolder in an existing folder, click the folder to open it.

2. Click Create folder.

3. Enter the folder name. The name must be 1024 characters or less.

4. Press Enter.

   The folder is created.

5. Add assets to the folder. You can:

   • Upload new assets that are not yet in P4 DAM. See Add assets to collections.

   • Move assets from the main collection page or another folder. See Move assets in collections.
