Create users

You must be a user with the company admin role to manage Helix DAM users. For more information, see Roles in the Helix TeamHub Help.

By default, passwords must be between 8 and 100 characters long and have a minimum of one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, and one digit
Create users in Helix DAM or give existing Helix Core users access to Helix DAM. To give Helix Core users access to Helix DAM, see Give Helix Core users access to Helix DAM.
To create a new user:

Click your avatar and click Company settings.
The Company settings pane opens.

Click Users.

Click
Add users.Note Add users is unavailable when the Enable synchronization of Helix users in Helix DAM check box is selected. When selected, you manage Helix DAM users in Helix Core. To learn more about managing Helix DAM users in Helix Core, see Manage users and groups in Helix Core Server.The New user form opens.

Enter the user E-mail address.
A new user has a
next to their email address. -
Optional: Change the autogenerated User ID in the User ID field.

Select a user role from the drop down list.
A user with access to Helix DAM and Helix TeamHub can switch between products any time. Click the user avatar and select either Go to Helix TeamHub or Go to Helix DAM.

Click Add.
A registration email with a link to set up a password is sent to the new user. After the new user saves their password, they can log in and start working with assets in Helix DAM.
The new user will have a user ID in Helix Core and Helix DAM.
The new user now has a profile in Helix DAM that they can access from Profile in their avatar. In their profile, they can edit their first and last name, change their password, and generate personal Helix DAM API tokens. To update your profile, click your avatar and click Profile in the drop down list.
