Giving Helix Core users access to Helix DAM

You can give existing Helix Core users access to Helix DAM. See Including and excluding of Helix Core Server users and groups for information about automatically syncing Helix Core Server users with Helix DAM.

1. At the company scope level, click Users.

2. Click the user to make a Helix DAM user.

   The user information opens.

3. Click Maintenance.

4. Click Edit profile.

   The Edit profile form opens.

5. Toggle Designer to give the user access to Helix DAM.

6. Click Update to save the changes.

   The user will see the Helix DAM interface by default.

   Tip

   A user with access to Helix DAM and Helix TeamHub can switch between products any time. Click the user avatar and select either Go to Helix TeamHub or Go to Helix DAM.
