Step 7: Onboard your team | Helix Core Cloud administrators

Now that Helix Core is configured, you are ready to onboard your team. Provide your team with the information and resources they need to get started with Helix Core.

1. Provide each team member with:

   • The Helix Core Server address and port. This information is displayed in the Host field on the P4 Details page in the Helix Core Cloud portal. To learn more, see View Helix Core Server details for Helix Core Cloud.

   • Their Helix Core username and password. Encourage users to change their password the first time they connect to Helix Core Server.

2. Provide users with information to help them get started. This information is available in Getting started with Helix Core Cloud for end users.

   Users need to install and log in to P4V, create a workspace, start versioning files, and optionally install other tools to work with Helix Core.

Your Helix Core Cloud set up is now complete.
