Step 8: Onboard your team | P4 Cloud administrators
Now that P4 is configured, you are ready to onboard your team. Provide your team with the information and resources they need to get started with P4.
-
Provide each team member with:
-
The P4 Server address and port. This information is displayed in the Host field on the P4 Details page in the P4 Cloud portal. To learn more, see View server details for P4 Cloud.
-
Their P4 username and password. Encourage users to change their password the first time they connect to P4 Server.
-
-
Provide users with information to help them get started. This information is available in Getting started with P4 Cloud for end users.
Users need to install and log in to P4V, create a workspace, start versioning files, and optionally install other tools to work with P4.
Your P4 Cloud set up is now complete.
