Background

The Scrum Template covers the initial release of a fictional product named Wysi CRM. The team building Wysi CRM is comprised of people in a variety of roles, including a product owner, Scrum Master, tester, software engineer, business analyst, and manager.

The team is practicing Scrum with two-week sprints and is almost ready to complete Sprint 1. Sprint 2 planning has started.
