IlvPaletteCreateAction	A Swing action to create a IlvPalette by filling a dialog to provide data.
IlvPaletteDocumentationAction	this action pops up a dialog in order to document the palette, or the symbols, relative to a specified palette viewer.
IlvPaletteLoadAction	This action allows user to choose a palette jar file and to load it in the associated palette manager

Contains predefined Swing action to manage palettes manager. All action classes are based on an interface, IlvPaletteAction and are associated with a palette manager.

• IlvPaletteCreateAction displays a dialog to enter information and creates a new palette that is added into the palette manager.
• IlvPaletteLoadAction allows to choose a palette jar file with a file chooser and load the palette it via the palette manager
• IlvPaletteSaveAsAction saves a palette in a jar file specified in a file chooser.
