You can use all the files accompanying this product for development of an application. You can distribute the Stingray Foundation Library Dynamic Link Libraries (DLLs) according to the terms of the license agreement.

Your applications can also statically link to Stingray Foundation Library, in which case you do not need to redistribute any Stingray Foundation Library files—except any required language configuration files.
