Discover existing P4 Server workspaces on your computer

If you are connected to a P4 Server, P4 One can find existing workspaces on your computer that are mapped to the server. You can use the same workspaces with P4 One.

1. Add a P4 Server if you have not already. To learn more, see Add a P4 Server connection

2. In the navigation pane, under P4 Servers, right-click the P4 Server and click Discover Workspaces.

3. In the Discover Workspaces dialog box, click Discover.

4. In the Discover Additional Clients dialog box, the username that workspaces are discovered for is displayed.

   • To sign in as a different user to discover additional workspaces, click Yes. In the Sign in to discover workspaces dialog box, enter the info.

   • To skip signing in as a different user, click Cancel.

What's next

In the navigation pane, under Workspaces, click Manage Workspaces to see the discovered workspaces. P4 Server workspaces have a P4 icon next to them.
