Log in to Perforce TeamHub

Before you log in for the first time, get the Perforce TeamHub URL, your company ID, and your login credentials from your administrator.

If your organization uses single sign-on (SSO) or external authentication via SAML, you can use it to log in to TeamHub through your organization's identity provider.

Logging in to Perforce TeamHub relies on cookies. Ensure that your browser supports cookies and that they are enabled.

Log in manually

1. In a browser, enter the TeamHub URL.

   The login page opens.

2. Enter your Company ID.

3. Enter your Email or User ID and Password.

   If you forgot your company ID, user ID, or password, click Forgot password or company ID?, Enter your email address, and click Recover. You will receive an email with your company ID and user ID, and a link to recover your password.

4. Click Log in.

   The My Dashboard page opens. See Getting started for more information.

Log in with SSO

If your organization has single sign-on (SSO) configured for Perforce TeamHub, you can use it to log in through your organization's identity provider.

1. In a browser, enter the TeamHub URL.

   The login page opens.

2. Enter your Company ID.

3. Enter your User ID.

   If you forgot your company ID or user ID, click Forgot password or company ID?, Enter your email address, and click Recover. You will receive an email with your company ID and user ID.

4. Click Log in with SSO.

   You are prompted to authenticate to the identity provider.

   To log in manually to Perforce TeamHub using your username and password instead, click Log in manually. If you switch to log in manually and then decide to use single sign-on, click Log in with SSO.

5. Enter your identity provider credentials.

   If your login is successful, the My Dashboard page opens. See Getting started for more information.

Log in with external authentication

If your organization has SAML (external) authentication configured for Perforce TeamHub, you can use it to log in through your organization's identity provider.

1. In a browser, enter the TeamHub URL.

   The login page opens.

2. Enter your Company ID.

If you forgot your company ID, click Forgot password or company ID?, Enter your email address, and click Recover. You will receive an email with your company ID.

3. Click Login with external authentication.

   You are prompted to authenticate to the identity provider.

4. Enter your identity provider credentials.

   If your login is successful, the My Dashboard page opens. See Getting started for more information.
