Installing Helix Sync

Before you can use Helix Sync, you need to download and install the application.

Before you start

You will need:

  • A supported operating system:

    • macOS 10.15 (Catalina) or later

    • Windows 10

  • The following information from your administrator to log in to Helix Sync and Helix Visual Client (P4V):

    • Server name and port number. This is also know as P4Port.

    • Username

    • Password

  • P4V installed on your computer to create workspaces for your assets. See Installing P4V.

Download and install Helix Sync

Install Helix Sync on your computer.
