Downloading all changed files in a folder

Download changes in a specific folder to get the new and changed files that other users have added to that folder in Helix Core server. The files are updated in your workspace.

1. In Helix Sync, click the workspace to open it.

2. Click the Changes by others list.

3. To download all of the changed files in a folder, click the ellipsis (...) next to the folder and select Download all files.

   When the download is complete, Helix Sync displays:

   • Changes were downloaded if there were no conflicts.

   • There was a problem downloading files if there is any conflict with files other users updated. For information about resolving conflicts, see Resolving upload and download conflicts.
