Upload a new asset version

Add a new version of an asset file on your computer when viewing the asset in P4 DAM.

Make sure the asset file name matches the asset name in P4 DAM. For example, if the asset in P4 DAM is named dog.png, the file saved on your computer must also be named dog.png.

1. In the project, open the asset.

2. Click the Upload version button .

3. Browse for the file on your computer and select it.

4. Click Open.

   The Upload dialog box opens.

5. Click Upload.

   The new version of the asset is uploaded and shown in the Versions pane.

You can also upload a file by dragging and dropping the file directly on the asset.
