Manage company settings

A P4 DAM company is a container of all projects your organization uses. For example, if your organization develops games, you may have a project for each game in a P4 DAM company.

Companies are managed by a company administrator. The administrator can change settings for a company, which are inherited by all projects within the company. Project administrators may be able to override the company settings for specific projects.

To manage company settings, log in to P4 DAM as a company administrator, click your avatar, and click Company settings.

As a company administrator, you can manage:

• Company name, licenses, project creation permissions, and how P4 DAM assets are stored in P4. See Manage company details and settings.
• Company metadata fields for capturing additional information on assets. See Manage company metadata fields.
• Users, including creating them, adding them to P4 DAM, and deactivating them. See Manage users.
• Company webhooks, which are used to notify external applications and services about actions that occur in P4 DAM. See Webhooks.
• Company workflows, which are used to customize project Kanban boards. See Manage company workflows.
