You must be a user with the company admin role to manage Helix DAM users. For more information, see Roles in the Helix TeamHub Help.

By default, passwords must be between 8 and 100 characters long and have a minimum of one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, and one digit.
Manage Helix DAM users from the Helix TeamHub web client. Once created, a Helix DAM user can work with assets in the Helix DAM interface.
If a user leaves the company, you can deactivate their account. Deactivating old users cleans up the user list and frees up licenses.
