Manage users
-
You must be a user with the company admin role to manage Helix DAM users. For more information, see Roles in the Helix TeamHub Help.
-
By default, passwords must be between 8 and 100 characters long and have a minimum of one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, and one digit.
A user can work with assets in the Helix DAM interface.
If a user leaves the company, you can deactivate their account in Helix DAM. Deactivating old users cleans up the user list and frees up licenses in Helix DAM. Deactivated Helix DAM users will be available in Helix Core. To learn more about managing Helix DAM and Helix Core licenses, see Manage company details and licenses.
When the Enable synchronization of Helix users in Helix DAM check box is selected, you cannot give non-Helix Core users access to Helix DAM, and you cannot create or deactivate a user manually. To learn more about managing Helix DAM users in Helix Core Server, see Manage users and groups in Helix Core Server.
