Manage users
You must be a user with the company administrator role to manage P4 DAM users. For more information, see Roles in the Perforce TeamHub Documentation.
A user can work with assets in the P4 DAM interface.
You can deactivate a user account in P4 DAM if a user leaves the company or no longer needs access to P4 DAM. Deactivating unused users cleans up the user list and frees up licenses in P4 DAM. Deactivated P4 DAM users will be available in P4. To learn more about managing P4 DAM and P4 licenses, see Manage company details and licenses.
When the Enable synchronisation of P4 Server users in P4 DAM check box is selected, you cannot give non-P4 users access to P4 DAM, and you cannot create or deactivate a user manually. To learn more about managing P4 DAM users in P4 Server, see Manage users and groups in P4 Server.
