Logging in to Helix DAM

Before you log in for the first time, get the Helix DAM URL, your company ID, and your login credentials from your administrator.

If your organization uses single sign-on (SSO), you can use it to log in to Helix DAM through your organization's identity provider.

Logging in manually

1. In a browser, enter the Helix DAM URL.

   The login page opens.

2. Enter your Company ID.

3. Enter your User ID and Password.

   Tip

   If you forgot your company ID, user ID, or password, click Forgot password or company ID? Enter your email address and click Recover. You will receive an email with your company ID and user ID, and a link to recover your password.

4. Click Log in.

   The home page opens. See Using the Helix DAM home page for more information.

Logging in with SSO

If your organization has single sign-on (SSO) configured for Helix DAM, you can use it to log in through your organization's identity provider.

1. In a browser, enter the Helix DAM URL.

   The login page opens.

2. Enter your Company ID.

3. Enter your User ID.

   Tip

   If you forgot your company ID or user ID, click Forgot password or company ID? Enter your email address and click Recover. You will receive an email with your company ID and user ID.

4. Click Log in with SSO.

   You are prompted to log in to the identity provider.

   Note

   To log in manually to Helix DAM using your username and password instead, click Log in manually. If you switch to log in manually and then decide to use single sign-on, click Log in with SSO.

5. Enter your identity provider credentials.

   If your login is successful, the Helix DAM home page opens. See Using the Helix DAM home page for more information.
