P4 DAM administrators

Instance administrators are individuals in the organization responsible for maintaining and administering the P4 DAM instance. Instance administrators are different from company administrators. Internally, they are regular TeamHub users, but with elevated privileges and access to the TeamHub admin UI, also referred to as the administrator portal. Only instance administrators can log in to the TeamHub admin UI. Company administrators are users with administrator permission to access and modify company settings, but they cannot access the TeamHub admin UI.

If P4 authentication is configured, the log in process first tries to use P4 authentication. If P4 authentication fails, it falls back to the local, built-in password. This mechanism prevents lockouts on misconfigured instances.

By default, assuming P4 DAM has been configured, at least one administrator is required.
