View subscription details | P4 Cloud account admins

You can view details about your P4 Cloud instance, including the P4 Server, P4 Code Review server, and the billing history.

  1. Log in to the portal.

    The Subscriptions page opens.

  2. Click a subscription to see the details.

    The Subscription details page opens.

The following information is shown.

Server details

Field Description
P4 host P4 Server address, which users need to connect to the server from P4 clients.
P4 Code Review host P4 Code Review URL that users need to open P4 Code Review. Only shown if P4 Code Review is activated for your subscription.
Host region Geographical location where P4 Server is deployed.
Username P4 Cloud administrator username, which is required to log in to the P4 Cloud portal and as a super user to P4 Server from clients. Click the Copy button to copy the username to the clipboard.
Initial password P4 Cloud administrator password you entered when subscribing. You can download a file that contains the password. You can only download the file once, so keep it in a safe place. If you have not already downloaded the password, click Download to download it. If you already downloaded the password file and no longer have the file, contact Perforce Support for help.
P4 Server version Version of P4 Server installed in your instance.

View a list of email addresses that receive notifications

Notifications are sent to these email addresses.

View additional features

View billing history

Shows the billing dates and amounts for your subscriptions.

A subscription term starts on the day of subscription or renewal until the same calendar day of the next month minus one day. For example, if you subscribe on June 28, the term starts that day and ends July 27.

Download PDF copies of your invoice.
