Manage notification emails | P4 Cloud direct offer

P4 Cloud sends email notifications about storage limits, data transfer overages, and scheduled maintenance. You can add, update, or remove users who receive these notifications.

Add users to receive notifications

If multiple users manage your subscription, you can add up to five email addresses to receive notifications.

1. Log in to the portal.

   The Subscriptions page opens.

2. Click a subscription.

   The subscription details page opens.

3. In the Notification emails pane, click Add.

4. In the Add notification email dialog box, enter the email address and click Add.

   If you are adding multiple email addresses, repeat steps 3 and 4.

5. Click Save.

   The email addresses are saved in the Notification email field.

Update an email address

If an email address is incorrectly entered, update it to ensure the user receives the notifications.

1. Log in to the portal.

   The Subscriptions page opens.

2. Click a subscription.

   The subscription details page opens.

3. In the Notification emails pane, click the Edit button next to the email address.

4. Update the email address, click Update, and click Save.

   The updated email address appears in the Notification email field.

Remove people from receiving notifications

If a user leaves your organization, remove them from receiving notifications.

1. Log in to the portal.

   The Subscriptions page opens.

2. Click a subscription.

   The subscription details page opens.

3. In the Notification emails pane, click the Delete button next to the email address.

   The email address is removed from the Notification email field.
