Using the Manual Test Runs list

The Manual Test Runs list displays basic information about manual test runs in the project. From this list, you can view, edit, and delete manual test runs, and search for manual test runs. You can also send email, enter workflow events, run manual test run reports, and perform other actions. See Using item lists.

To open the Manual Test Runs list, click Manual Test Runs.
To open a manual test run, click the number or summary. See Viewing manual test runs.
To edit a manual test run, click next to it and choose Edit. See Editing manual test runs.

To move a manual test run through the workflow, select it and click an event on the Workflow bar. Only valid events for the selected manual test run are available. See Moving manual test runs through the workflow.
To perform other actions related to a manual test run, select it, click Actions, and choose an action. You may be able to add links, duplicate manual test runs, add manual test runs to folders, and more.
To send email about a manual test run, select it, click , and choose an option. See Emailing from Helix ALM.
To run a report on specific manual test runs, select them and click . Mouse over the report to run. Choose HTML to run a report in HTML format. See Running reports. Click PDF to save the report in PDF format. See Saving reports as PDF files.

To delete a manual test run, click next to it and choose Delete. See Deleting manual test runs.
To customize the list to display only information you need, you can rearrange columns, adjust column widths, insert and remove columns, apply filters, and add tabs. See Customizing item lists.
