The following information provides a high-level overview of the Helix ALM Traditional Template sample project. This project uses all Helix ALM areas: requirements management, test case management, and issue management. If you only use one or two areas, you will likely have a less than optimal experience using this project.

Background

The Traditional Template manages the development of two fictional products: Activity Professional Suite (APS) and Wysi CRM. The team building these products is comprised of people in a variety of roles, including product managers, testers, software engineers, business analysts, and managers.

The team is using a homegrown development process that blends Waterfall and Agile.
