Removing Helix Core changelists from Hansoft items
Remove a Helix Core changelist from a Hansoft item if you no longer want to show that they are related.
1. If you are not already working in the integration, in P4V, right-click the changelist to add to a Hansoft item and choose Add changelist to Hansoft item.
The Hansoft login page opens.
Note: The menu item name may be different depending on the integration configuration. Ask your administrator for help.
2. Enter your Hansoft Username and Password.
Tip: You may be able to use an authentication token to log in so you do not have to enter your username and password every time you access Hansoft. See the Hansoft user guide for information about using tokens for authentication.
3. Click Log in.
The HansoftTo Do List opens.
4. Click Remove in the Helix Core column next to the item to add the changelist to.
The changelist is removed from the Hansoft item. The button in the Helix Core column changes to Add. You can add the changelist to the item again if needed. See Adding Helix Core changelists to Hansoft items.
Tip: You can click items in the To Do List to view them and perform some other actions available in the Hansoft web client. See the web client help for information.
