You can find these actions by right-clicking a scheduled task and hovering over Scheduled actions:
- Arrange selected tasks - Plans the selected tasks according to their number. An item's number is automatically assigned depending on its position in the Planning section.
- Compress - Moves the selected task as close to its connected task as possible. For example, if there is a week gap between the two tasks, using this option will move the selected task to close that gap.
- Connect selected tasks - Connects all selected tasks. For more information, see Connecting items.
- Connect items by number - Connects all selected tasks based on their number.
- Transform task to releases - Converts the selected scheduled task into a release. For more information, see Releases.
- Set out of office status - Applied an Out of office status to the selected item. For more information, see Planning Out of office time and part time work.
