In order for the Helix ALM integration to work, the "Administrator" user must first make preparations in Helix Plan to enable the connection.
1. Create an SDK user. Refer to Adding an SDK user in Helix Plan for more information.
2. Choose another user that will be used for the Helix ALM integration, also known as the Integration user.
This can be a new or existing user, but they must have administrator access.
3. Log in to Helix Plan as the integration user.
4. Create a login token. Refer toManaging authentication tokens in the Helix Plan user documentation for more information.
