Managing authentication tokens
You can use tokens to authenticate the Helix Plan web client and some integrations instead of a username and password. A token is a unique string that provides secure access to Helix Plan. The first time you log in using a token, you enter your username and use the token instead of the password. When you use a token, you can stay logged in to Helix Plan until the token expires or you log out.
1. Click your username in the upper-right corner of the window and choose Manage tokens.
The Manage tokens dialog box opens.
2. To add a new token, click New. See Adding authentication tokens.
3. To the name of an existing token, select it and click Edit. See Editing authentication tokens.
4. To delete a token that is no longer used, select it and click Delete. See Deleting authentication tokens.
Administrative users can delete tokens that you add. See Viewing and deleting authentication tokens for users.
5. Click OK when you finish.
