IlvPrintableLayoutMultiplePages::IlvPrintableLayoutMultiplePages	(	int	columns = `2`,

Default constructor.

It initializes the object in a coherent state. There are no additional margins by default.

columns	The number of pages in a row.
rows	The number of pages in a columns.
