The Main Dialog
The hierarchical tree (see Objects to Print) shows you the structure of your document. You can edit the properties by right-clicking them.
The hierarchical tree is composed of the following items:
The root item, that is, the name of your document. You can edit the name by right-clicking it. This item always exists.The default layout used when you do not specify a layout for a chapter. You can change it by right-clicking it. This item always exists. One item for each chapter to print. These items may be added or removed interactively by using the Add and Remove buttons.
