Grapher interactor for selecting and manipulating graphic objects.

Library: ilvgrapher

This interactor is the same as IlvSelectInteractor except for the ghost-drawing methods. For these methods, existing links must be told to follow the ghost images of moving and growing nodes to which they are attached.

Constructor.

The constructor initializes a new instance of the IlvGraphSelectInteractor class for the view v and the grapher mgr.

mgr	The grapher to which the interactor is attached.
v	The view to which the interactor is attached.
