The main general changes of Maps for Defense are the following:

JViews Maps for Defense 9.3 focuses on the compatibility with Java 7 - 15. See the main Release Notes of JViews 9.3.

Defect Fixes

The 3dview sample in JViews Maps for Defense generates error 'Exception in thread "AWT-EventQueue-0" com.jogamp.opengl.GLException: Unable to determine GraphicsConfiguration' when run under Java 16 or 17. This sample will be rewritten in a future release to avoid the error.
