This document contains a summary of new features and enhancements, late breaking product issues, and bug fixes. The following describes changes to Rogue Wave JViews Charts since version 9.1. Release notes documenting changes in previous versions are located in the current directory.

• JViews Charts 9.2 focuses on the compatibility with Java 11, 12, 13, 14 and 15. See the main Release Notes of JViews 9.2.

• Overview of new features :
  • When you change the rendering hint of the a renderer using the method setRenderingHint(IlvDataRenderingHint hint) a redraw operation is done inside the code of the method. If you call the method several times or if it is a part of a larger change, you might want to postpone the redraw operation to after you finish the update sequence.
• New methods:
  • reDraw() : Repaints the chart
  • setRenderingHintWithNoDraw(ilog.views.chart.graphic.IlvDataRenderingHint) : Specifies a global rendering hint for all the data sets displayed by this renderer.
