Interface that defines the services of a tile manager. A tile manager can get and/or put an image from an Object. The passed object must contain enough information to deduce a tile location. IlvFileTileManager is an implementation that reads and write image tile on disk.

Returns:

An object describing the image location or null if the operation failed.
