This method is invoked when a character outside a comment is encountered.

Parameters:

s - The string being iterated over.

index - The index in s of the char element.

c - same as s.charAt(index)

handleComment

void handleComment(CharSequence s,
                   int startIndex,
                   int endIndex)

This method is invoked when a comment is encountered. According to ISO SQL, a comment is equivalent to a newline character.

Parameters:

s - The string being iterated over.

startIndex - Start index (inclusive) of the comment.

endIndex - End index (exclusive) of the comment.
