Creates an IlvTableModelMaper that will map each property of the given model to a particular column index in the table.

Parameters:

model - the model to map

propertyNames - the names of the properties to map

columnIndexes - a column index for each property to map

requiredType - optional required type (array must have same size as others but can contain null values).
