public interface ResourceEvent

ResourceEvent defines the abstract behavior of all events fired by IlvResource's. Typically these are ResourcePropertyEvent's, but technically they can be any event fired by a resource. Interested ResourceListener's must register with the gantt data model to receive these events. IlvResource does not handle direct listener subscriptions.
