To open a palette in Dashboard Editor:

At the bottom of the Palettes pane, click Load a Palette .The Open window opens.

Navigate to the directory containing your symbol palette files (
.jar) .By default, the Dashboard Editor stores palettes in <installdir>/jviews-diagrammer810/lib/palettes. -
Select a palette file.

Click Open.
The symbols available in the palette are
displayed in a new tab in the Palettes pane.
