As well as creating an intergraph link by code, it is possible to
create intergraph links (and also regular links) using the IlvMakeLinkInteractor.
When this interactor is installed, it allows
you to interactively create a link from any graphic object to any
other graphic object. This allows you to create intergraph links
and also links to or from a nested grapher.
