public class IlvSinusoidalProjection
extends IlvProjection

This class defines the Sinusoidal projection. This projection is a pseudocylindrical projection.

This projection is also known as:

• Sanson-Flamsteed
• Mercator Equal-Area

This projection supports both spherical and non-spherical ellipsoids, and implements an inverse function.

This projection is Equal Area.
