IlvHashedEventDispatcher is an event dispatcher backed by a set of event listeners. Some of the pros and cons of using an IlvHashedEventDispatcher are:

1. IlvHashedEventDispatcher has nearly constant performance for adding and removing event listeners.
2. Dispatching speed is slightly less than an IlvListEventDispatcher.
3. Due to the hashed backing collection, listeners must maintain an immutable hashcode.
