Moves the caret to a logical point in the viewport, or to the line and column position given.

Parameters
pt
The logical screen point to move the caret to.
nLine
The line index of the text to move the caret to.
nCol
The column index on the given line to move the caret to.
bVirtual
If non-zero, indicates that the caret is allowed to move outside the text boundary (i.e., into virtual space).
