Some components of Tools.h++ Professional depend on software that is not included in the product itself. Table 2 lists this additional software. The other components of Tools.h++ Professional have no specific software requirements.

You must install and build compatible libraries before you attempt to build Tools.h++ Professional. You should build the Rogue Wave libraries in the following order:
Standard Library (if using)
Tools.h++
Threads.h++ (if using)
Tools.h++ Professional
